Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the Aurelium Hospitality review-intelligence platform (the "Platform") collects, uses, and protects information. The Platform is a private business tool used by authorized personnel to manage customer reviews for Aurelium Hospitality's affiliated restaurant locations.

1. Information We Collect

  • Google account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your basic account identity (name and email address) to authenticate you.
  • Google Business Profile data. With your consent, the Platform accesses your business locations and the customer reviews posted to them, including reviewer display names, star ratings, and review text as provided by Google.
  • OAuth tokens. Access and refresh tokens issued by Google are stored encrypted so the Platform can operate on your behalf.
  • Content you provide. Business knowledge documents you upload, brand-voice settings, and manually written or edited review responses.

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate the Platform: displaying your reviews, generating draft responses in your brand voice, posting approved responses to your Google Business Profile, and producing analytics about your locations' review performance. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Use of Google User Data

The Platform's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the review-management features described above and is never sold or used for advertising.

4. Third-Party Processing

Review text is sent to an AI language-model provider (OpenAI) to generate draft responses. Only the review content and relevant business context are shared for this purpose. Google APIs are used to retrieve reviews and post responses.

5. Storage and Security

Data is stored in a private database on infrastructure we control. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted, connections to the Platform are protected with TLS, and access requires authenticated sign-in by authorized users.

6. Retention and Deletion

Review data and generated responses are retained while the associated business remains active on the Platform to provide history and analytics. You may disconnect your Google account at any time by revoking access from your Google account permissions page, and you may request deletion of stored data by contacting us at info@vivopizzapasta.ca.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

8. Contact

Privacy questions or deletion requests should be directed to info@vivopizzapasta.ca.
