These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Aurelium Hospitality review-intelligence platform (the "Platform"), operated by Aurelium Hospitality ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is a private business tool provided to authorized personnel of Aurelium Hospitality and its affiliated restaurant brands. Access is by invitation only. You may not share your credentials, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the Platform for any purpose other than managing business reviews on behalf of an authorized business.
The Platform connects to Google Business Profile through your Google account with your consent. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to manage the business locations you connect. You may revoke the Platform's access at any time from your Google account permissions page.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to draft responses to customer reviews. Draft responses are generated automatically and may be posted publicly on your business profile, either automatically or after manual approval, depending on your settings. You are responsible for the content posted from your connected business profiles. While the Platform applies guardrails intended to keep responses professional and appropriate, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, or any part of it, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelium Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, including damages resulting from AI-generated content posted to business profiles.
If you experience or witness a serious issue at one of our locations — including a food safety concern, an injury, discrimination, harassment, or a legal matter — please contact us directly at info@vivopizzapasta.ca so our team can follow up promptly. Automated review responses generated by the Platform are not a substitute for reporting a serious issue directly, and are not monitored for this purpose.
